ORDER PROCESS


1. Select a product, collect in cart, adjustment

 

You may choose products from our assortment of goods and collect them non bindingly in a virtual shopping cart by clicking the button “add to cart”. By clicking on the “shopping cart” button you may have a look at your virtual shopping cart at any time. You may change the articles in the shopping cart by changing the number in the respective row, followed by clicking the reload button behind.

 

2. Your Data / Registration

 

If you are pleased with your shopping cart, please click on the button “checkout” to proceed with your ordering process. In this next step you may choose to register as a new customer or to proceed as a guest without registration. If you are already registered, please use your email address and your password to proceed. Please click “continue” to proceed. You them may enter your delivery and billing address. Please click “continue” again to proceed.

 

3. Payment

 

Please select your preferred method of payment (credit card, debit note SEPA, PayPal, Sofort Payment, prepayment, iDEAL). Please confirm your selection by clicking on the button “continue”.

 

4. Order Summary and Ordering

 

In the order summary, you have an overview on the articles in the shopping cart and the costs arising, as well as the delivery address and the method of payment. Please verify whether all specifications are correct. By clicking on the button “Order now” you send a binding offer to us.

 

5. Order Confirmation

 

You will then receive for your information only an email confirming your order. This email simultaneously constitutes an acceptance of your offer.

 

6. Conclusion of Contract

 

The presentation of our goods in our online shop is no binding offer. You send a binding offer to us with your order. The contract is concluded when you receive our notice of acceptance by email, which we send to you immediately after we have received your order.

 

7. Payment options

 

a. Prepayment

 

If you select „Prepayment“ in the ordering process, we send you an email with our bank details after a contract between you and us is concluded. Please transfer the agreed upon total amount on our banking account. The payment is immediately due. We kindly ask you to specify your payment with the reason for payment given in our email. Thank you very much!

 

b. Payment via PayPal

 

If you have chosen PayPal in the ordering process, you will be guided to the respective homepage after finishing the ordering process. Please log in and follow the instructions of the payment provider.

 

c. Payment via Sofort Payment

 

If you have chosen Sofort Payment in the ordering process, a form will open where you may enter your bank identification number and bank identifier code. Please then enter the data you use for your online banking. You confirm the order by entering the TAN provided for by your bank.

 

d. Payment via credit card

 

If you have chosen credit card payment in the ordering process, a form will open where you may enter your credit card data. We charge your account when we ship the ordered goods to you.

 

e. Payment via debit note SEPA, PayPal

                        

If you have chosen debit note SEPA payment in the ordering process, a form will open where you may enter your bank data. We charge your account when we ship the ordered goods to you.

 

f. Payment via iDEAL

 

If you have chosen iDEAL payment in the ordering process, please select your bank in the drop down menu. This service is only available for customers having a bank account at one of the listed banks.

 

8. Storage of the wording of contract

 

We save the wording of contract and send you the contract documentation via email. If you have registered as a customer, you may see your orders in our online shop after having logged in.

 

9. Warranty for defects

 

For our goods the liability for defects by law applies, as far as in sec. 3 of our general terms and conditions nothing else is stipulated.

 

10. Contractual Languages

 

The contractual languages are German and English.

 

11. Customer Service / Online Dispute Resolution

 

If you should have reason to complain, you may enter your complaint on the website provided for by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. Please use the following link and follow the instructions set forth there:

12. Consumer Arbitration

 

We do not participate in consumer arbitration at a consumer arbitration service nor are we obliged to do so.
