ORDERING AT CODE-ZERO

It´s quite easy: just add your favorite items to your basket and click the Checkout button. Afterwards you have the choice between 3 options:


- Customer login

- Order as a guest

- Create a free customer account


Registered customers enjoy the following benefits:

PAYMENT

 For your convenience we offer the following payment methods:


Prepayment

After completing the order you will receive an e-mail with our bank details. Please add always the order number to the purpose of use. The payment is immediately due.


    PayPal

    You will be guided to PayPal and have to log in and follow the instructions of the payment provider.


    Sofort Payment

    You will be guided to the respective homepage after finishing the ordering process. Please log in and follow the instructions of the payment provider.


    Creditcard (VISA, MasterCard, Amex)

    A form will open where you may enter your credit card data. We charge your account when we ship the ordered goods to you.


    iDEAL

    Please select your bank in the drop down menu. This service is only available for customers having a bank account at one of the listed banks.


    If you place your order we deduct the amount from your choosen payment method. After successful payment and completion of the order you will receive an order confirmation email.


    STORAGE OF THE WORDING OF CONTRACT

     We save the wording of contract and send you the contract documentation via email. If you have registered as a customer, you may see your orders in our online shop after having logged in.

     


    WARRANTY FOR DEFECTS

     For our goods the liability for defects by law applies, as far as in sec. 3 of our general terms and conditions nothing else is stipulated.

     


    CONTRACTUAL LANGUAGES

     The contractual languages are German and English.

     


    CUSTOMER SERVICE / ONLINE DISPUTE DESOLUTION

     If you should have reason to complain, you may enter your complaint on the website provided for by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. Please use the following link and follow the instructions set forth there:

    CUSTOMER ARBITRATION

     We do not participate in consumer arbitration at a consumer arbitration service nor are we obliged to do so.
