Ordering

It´s quite easy: just add your favorite items to your basket and click the Checkout button. Afterwards you have the choice between 3 options:


- Login as a costumer with an account

- Order as a guest

- Create a free new customer account

Payment

 For your convenience we offer the following payment methods:


Prepayment

After completing the order you will receive an e-mail with our bank details. Please add always the order number to the purpose of use. The payment is immediately due.


    PayPal

    You will be redirected to PayPal and have to log in and follow the instructions of the Paypal. 


    Sofort Payment

    You will be guided to the respective homepage after finishing the ordering process. Please log in and follow the instructions of the payment provider.


    Creditcard (VISA, MasterCard, Amex)

    A form will open where you may enter your credit card data. We charge your account when we ship the ordered goods to you.


    iDEAL

    Please select your bank in the drop down menu. This service is only available for customers having a bank account at one of the listed banks.


    After you have placed your order, we deduct the order-amount from your choosen payment method. 

    Warranty for defects

     For our goods the liability for defects by law applies, as far as in sec. 3 of our general terms and conditions nothing else is stipulated.

     


    Contract Languages

     The contractual language is English.

     


    Online Dispute Desolution

     If you should have reason to complain, you may enter your complaint on the website provided for by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. Please use the following link and follow the instructions set forth there:

    Customer Arbitration

    We do not participate in consumer arbitration at a consumer arbitration service nor are we are obliged to do so.
