Sailors and customers around the world appreciate the brand and its approach to nautical heritage on the water, in the marina and in everyday life.
We are looking for an ICT & E-Commerce Specialist who will be responsible for our e-commerce activities and act as the central link between E-Commerce, IT, Marketing, Operations and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and continuously optimize our online shop based on Shopware 6.
- Manage ERP systems, product data and related processes.
- Test and coordinate updates, plugins, integrations and new functionalities.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues and data flows within Shopware, ERP systems and connected platforms.
- Analyze revenue, conversion rates and other e-commerce KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvements.
- Coordinate with external Shopware, IT and marketing agencies.
- Manage shop content, SEO and onsite marketing activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements and optimizations within e-commerce.
- Act as the central point of contact for all shop- and system-related topics.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in E-Commerce and/or ICT.
- Strong practical knowledge of Shopware 6.
- Experience with ERP systems; experience with Xentral or Exact is a plus.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce analytics, SEO and digital marketing.
- Technical affinity and a good understanding of integrations, APIs and data flows.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and experience with project coordination.
- Good command of English.
