- What if an item is out of stock?
- If an item you are interested in is out of stock, you can register to be notified when your size is back in stock. The sign-up link for the notifications is located where the shopping cart button would otherwise be. When the size is available again, we will send you an email to let you know. This email does not reserve the item. So if you're interested, it's best to act quickly in case it sells out again.

- How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
- You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe links found in the newsletter emails. The unsubscribe link is located at the bottom of each newsletter email.
- What payment methods are available?
- We accept a variety of different credit cards, as well as Paypal and Apple Pay. Depending on the country of delivery, additional local payment methods may be available. For more information, please take a look at our payment section.
- Is my payment secure?
- All payments are 100% secure. Our payments are processed by Mollie and Paypal. Our website has end-to-end SSL encryption and our payment provider is fully PCI-DSS Level 1, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.
- How does 3-D Secure work when paying by credit card?
- European regulations have changed to make online credit card payments more secure. Since January 1, 2021, you may be asked to authenticate your payment through a 3-D secure process. The name of this process may vary depending on the type of card you use to pay. For example Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check or American Express SafeKey. If you have not already done so, you will need to register your payment card for 3-D Secure. Most banks usually provide a way to enrol your card online, so check the website of your bank for more information. To make sure you can pay for your next order easily and securely, we recommend that you activate 3-D Secure before you place your next online order.

- Where can I find the tracking number for the shipment?
- We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel has been packed and handed over to the parcel service.
- How long does the shipping take?
- Each order is processed as quickly as possible, orders placed by 12 noon on working days usually on the same day. Please note that orders from outside the European Union may require 1 additional day for customs documents to be prepared.
- How can I redeem a voucher code in the online shop?
- Please place the items you would like to order in the shopping cart first. Then open the shopping cart page. Below the summary, click on the question "Do you have a voucher?" to reach the voucher field. Please confirm the voucher code with the enter key or by clicking the button next to it.
- I get an error message that the voucher code is invalid.
- Please check how long the voucher is valid. Some vouchers may be limited to specified items or are only valid for a limited number of orders. Please see the voucher terms and conditions for more information.
- Can I return an item?
- Returns are possible within 14 days.
- What are the return shipping costs?
- For customers within the European Union, the cost of a return is €5. EU customers please use the returns portal: https://code-zero.shipping-portal.com/rp/. If you have any problems making a return, please contact our customer service. We will help you.
Customers from outside the European Union are responsible for the return and shipping costs themselves.

- How do I get my payment back after a return?
- Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to purchase the returned items. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been reviewed, the refund will be made automatically.
