Within the European Union:
For returns within the European Union you can get a return label for only € 6. Please use our returns portal:
From outside the European Union:
If you are returning an item from outside the European Union, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This also includes any applicable export or import duties, customs fees, or taxes.
If any additional charges are incurred when the return arrives in the Netherlands, these costs may be deducted from your refund.
To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and proof of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
To help avoid extra customs charges, please clearly mark your parcel as “Return” or “Returned Goods” on the outside of the package and on all relevant documentation.

2. Take the parcel to our shipping partner
Attach the return label to the parcel so that it is clearly visible and take it to one of our shipping partners. Keep the delivery receipt until your return is complete. The receipt is your proof of return.
3. Receive refund
Once your return has arrived and been reviewed at the warehouse, you will automatically receive your refund. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. This can take up to a maximum of 14 days.
