Returns

If it's not a fit, you can return your unworn items within 14 days.

1. Request a return

Within the European Union:
For returns within the European Union you can get a return label for only € 5. Please use our returns portal:

From outside the European Union:
Please fill out the return request form below. We will provide a return shipping label and deduct the cost, including any customs or taxes, from your refund:

2. Take the parcel to our shipping partner

Attach the return label to the parcel so that it is clearly visible and take it to one of our shipping partners. Keep the delivery receipt until your return is complete. The receipt is your proof of return.

3. Receive refund

Once your return has arrived and been reviewed at the warehouse, you will automatically receive your refund. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. This can take up to a maximum of 14 days.
