We guarantee same day shipping for all orders placed before 12pm (CET)^{1, 2}. Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive your tracking information including the tracking number. Shipment is made from our European warehouse located in the Netherlands (EU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included³.
